Once again, it is that time of the year to start thinking about the Annual Student Activities Fair. Last year was overwhelmingly successful with record attendance, and we anticipate an even more successful fair this upcoming fall.
University fall classes are scheduled to begin August 31, 2009. Therefore, the 2009 Student Activities Fair will be held on Sunday August 30th.
Each booth will consist of one table, two chairs and a sign. Additional provisions are the responsibility of the individual organization.
Fliers can be printed by the SORC by sending a PDF or Word Document via e-mail to sorc@pitt.edu. Up to 500 fliers may be printed if submitted before August 7, 2009. After that date, up to 300 fliers may be printed if submitted before August 14, 2009. The SORC Copy Policy of 200 copies per event will be in effect after August 14th, 2009. The SORC cannot guarantee any printing job submitted after August 21, 2009 for the Activities Fair. Please include your paper color choice in the e-mail as well. You may choose from Red, Hot Pink, Light Pink, Orange, Bright Yellow, Pale Yellow, Golden Rod, Lime Green, Emerald Green, Teal, Lunar Blue, Lilac, or Tan.
If your organization requires any technical services (TV, VCR, DVD, Laptop, extension cords, etc) you must specifically indicate this in the “Comments” field below.
THE FINAL DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION WILL BE July 31st, 2009.
